This calculator in Microsoft Excel format provides a model for estimating the return on investment for a Web project by evaluating the impact on sales.  For up to three scenarios, it allows you to make different assumptions about factors such as:

• The cost of an offline customer
• The estimated number of new customers per month that you could gain through the online channel
• The number of months over which an investment in technology should be depreciated
• Technology infrastructure cost
• Your target conversion rate
• Your estimated actual cost per click. 

For those assumptions, it calculates values such as:
