Washington DC/Elyria Ohio: iData Technologies, a Washington DC based vendor of human services planning software and data analytics solutions, announced today that the Lorain County Board of Developmental Disabilities has licensed iData’s Referral Manager software to enhance the Board’s Medicaid Free Choice of Provider process.
Using Referral Manager, human service organizations can securely publish referrals for individuals needing service to a secure, searchable Web portal. Service providers receive notification when referrals are published for services they provide, and they can respond to the support administrator to explain how the provider is able to serve the individual. Support administrators can review all provider responses with families, schedule interviews and select a provider. Plan Manager automates workflows to make sure that rule-based timelines are met and provides a variety of reports showing the disposition of referrals, the most and least sought services, services for which providers are hardest to find, etc.
The Lorain County Board of DD (http://murrayridgecenter.org) currently serves more than 2,000 Lorain County citizens through Early Intervention, Murray Ridge School, Supported Employment, and Adult Opportunity and Vocational Centers. Murray Ridge also provides residential services, family support services, and Service and Support Administration.
