Washington DC/Columbus Ohio: iData Technologies, a Washington DC based vendor of human services planning software and data analytics solutions, announced today that the company has joined the Ohio Association of County Boards of DD (OACB) as an affiliate member. iData has attended several OACB events as an exhibitor since 2011 and has presented twice at OACB conferences, but decided to take the additional step of joining OACB at this time in order to support OACB’s advocacy for county boards, providers and individuals served, particularly during the transition to a single, statewide Individual Service Plan (ISP) in Ohio.
iData’s of Plan Manager software is used to create more than 20% of all ISPs in Ohio, making OACB membership natural fit for the company. Mark Reichard, president of iData, said “iData has been very impressed with OACB’s work representing and advocating for the interests of county boards during the critical period of transition to a single, statewide Individual Service Plan (ISP). OACB has worked with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to create a framework that will allow individuals and families to realize the advantages of a single, uniform, statewide plan while protecting county boards’ existing technology and training investments.”
